Our Managing Director has been in the construction industry for
20 years. Originally Andrew qualified as an engineer, entering the construction
industry in early 1982. He spent 10 years in subcontracting working
for manufacturers and installers in the partitioning, ceilings, joinery
and raised floors industries.
After working as a sub-contractor for the majority of the interior construction
industry he decided that there was a gap in the market for an intelligent,
process driven building service. In the last 10 years he has managed
100 commercial office relocations.
Our Finance Director worked in practice for a number of years.
Paul qualified as a Chartered Accountant, after which he worked for various
financial institutions within the City. He managed the finance and IT
departments. Paul has been responsible for starting a number of businesses
in the engineering and construction industry. Through
his varied business activities he has gained a clear understanding of
the clients needs and how this is delivered via a construction company.
Both founder directors undertake consultancy work in change management.
Our team
Construction
Our Estimators / Surveyors provide a key communication
role with our clients. Our Surveyors are involved from the outset with
the assembly of our cost plans.
Our
Site Managers have been in the construction industry for at least 20
years and have a trade background. They have been selected because they
strive for high standards of finish, communicate well at all levels and
deliver our projects on time and to the required budget.
Our construction
staff have been educated in all areas of commercial office interior
fit-out. All new recruits are trained in related disciplines
that are normally overlooked by the traditional building companies.
By having a working understanding of the other key disciplines of office
planning, technology integration, furniture specification, best practices
in office layout and the study of future ways of working, we are able
to understand the whole project. This knowledge makes us unique. Post
client instruction, they manage the procurement process and report
on
budget changes on a weekly basis in a financial report.
Change
All of our Change Consultants have run their own businesses. This
gives them a unique understanding of client requirements at the highest
level. Armed with this knowledge, they seek to deliver the best
solutions by the most cost effective methods.
Administration
All our teams are supported by a proactive administration team, who are
motivated to deliver the best backup and experience with clients at all
levels.
